甘肃中航重工 扁钢立弯型弯机锻压机床：

结构概述（8-9缸结构）
1、该机引进国外机型、为弧线下调式三辊型材卷弯机。机器的外形床身采用钢板焊接结构。主辊通过液压马达、齿轮、传递的动力作旋转运动。两个边辊，可绕中轴 ｂ作弧线运动，通过液压马达、齿轮传递的动力与主轴同时作旋转运动，托辊安装在边辊两侧，可使托辊随边辊同时做弧线运动。通过各自的升降油缸可做升降运动。
2、机器的性能
该机辊均匀为驱动辊。卷制时可进行型材的端部预弯，通过调节导辊，可对型材卷制过程中产生的扭曲变形进行校正。
以上所有运动均通过电控柜上的电子数显、按钮操作实现。
注意：卷制过程中，三辊的旋转运动与边辊升降运动不可同时进行，以免发生故障，辊安装模具后，边辊才可进行升降运动。
电气控制系统说明
该机电气系统动力线路采用三相380V 50HZ交流电源供电，控制电路通过控制变压器将380V转换为交流220V、110V供电；该机的电气操作控制部件及编码器数显表集中安装在操作台上，各操作部件功能用形象化符号表示。
